Manchester’s former Odeon Cinema site, ‘Landmark’ is a £100M office block, forming a key piece of the developed Civic Quarter. Following demolition, Mayo Civils contract works incorporate deep cellar excavations, underpinning, substructure foundations, drainage, cores and a 13-storey in-situ concrete framed superstructure.
